In this juicy immersion for advanced students taught by Rié, you will deepen into your sacred practice, and be guided into the wild mysteries of your erotic dances. We will have so much more time to dance in this 4 hour workshop. (Serpent Flow ladies: your immersion is HERE. This one's for you!) In this immersion: + Begin with signature sensual warm up, emphasizing sacrum and heart energy centers to awaken your eros and move your body from creative & potent sexual energy + Integrate big feelings, express your creative energy (or just really feel your feelings through your body) using creative pole dance flow + Learn the EMA 4 Portal technique to effectively bring more body awareness for healing and creative access + Have proper time for cool down and flow at the end of the workshop The extended class time of 4 hours for this immersion gives us ample time to warm up, drop in, dance, and cool down at a gentle pace. This will be a workshop of deep practice, joy, and witnessing. It allows us time to really ground into our practice at a yummy, spacious pace. EMA with Pole satisfies body, soul and sisterhood cravings. This immersion will be kept to an intimate group of 8 students. This in person pole class is open to ADVANCED students only.
