Next Class: Saturday, AUGUST 10, 3-5pm Time: 3pm - 5pm PST Location: Zoom Open to all. ~~~THESE CLASSES ARE LIVESTREAM ONLY~~~ BODY LAB: BREATHE WELL “In the hierarchy of life, breath always wins” Jill Miller Stress related illness is at an all time high. The word self-care has been overused that it’s become less appealing. Yet, we are all seeking freedom from chronic fatigue, pain and isolation. Guided by Jill Miller’s book, Body by Breath, join Rie on learning integrative and practical methods for reorganizing our inner landscape for better breathing and connecting to your built in physical and emotional resilience. We may all have some negative breathing habits that affect the way we move and feel; thus we will dive into the diaphragm and many key muscles involved in our breathing process. Plus get familiar with fascia and its relationship to your nervous system to understand the science that connects our breath and emotions. We will meet for 2 hours every other month for class. *Patreon members will receive recordings of mini sessions to keep your practices going in between You will need the full Roll Model Kit, you can purchase on my site on the "products" page….
