Next session: LIVESTREAM Wednesday, Febraury 18th Time: 6-8 PM PST Tuition: $35 This workshop is for women, those who identify as female or who are non-binary female bodied We will explore the themes of the Yang Fire Horse as way to re-ignite our passion through compassion. The Horse is at Heart Teacher Let us seek the wisdom of our inner Fire Horse. Through gentle somatic practices and creativity we can shift beliefs that we are flawed and undeserving of happiness. Belonging to ourselves fully is a radical act of self compassion and a solid road towards self-acceptance. We can bring Radical Self Belonging into our practices anytime, and this online workshop is humbly dedicated to those who wish to come home to themselves. You will be guided to: *Listen: You will be gently be guided to listen to your body instead of your thoughts through very slow and mindful movement *Feel: You will be guided to focus on sensations inside and outside your body *Trust: You will be guided to receive and hold sacred what your are feeling and allow the body to be guided by what feels good *Empower: You will be guided to call in your innate power; this may come in forms of elements, animals, nature, goddesses or symbols for your inner life and creative impulses to be moved through the pathways of pleasure and somatic intelligence. We will culminate to freeform dances and for more experienced dancers, we may do some partner or witness work *Integrate: We will return to stillness and meditation; with some time for sharing of our hearts and ask questions before we close We open each session with 'self massage' for down regulation of our nervous system - see below for more info. This class is mostly done on the floor with occasional props like a chair to dance on. How to Prepare For Class: -Wear comfortable, soft and easy to stretch in clothing. Dress your body in anything from comfy PJs to your favorite sexy lingerie -Your space should be comfortable to move in with plenty of space to stretch & roll around on the ground -Blanket or sheepskin rug for xtra coziness -Bring all your Yoga Tune Up® 'self massage' balls>see PRODUCTS page on our site for how to order No balls, no problem-Rié will have alternative options for you Once you are signed up, you will receive a Zoom link to participate in this class at the scheduled time.
