Next session: LIVESTREAM MAY 13, 2024 Time: 6-7:15pm PST *THIS IS A LIVESTREAM CLASS* (In-Person classes to return at a future date.) ________________________________ MORE ABOUT EMA MONTHLY LIVESTREAMS: We meet once a month via livestream for a rejuvenating self devotional practice with a particular focus on connecting to our sacred body. Often, women give more energy to others than they receive so this is a mini retreat to give yourself some nourishment. This class is mostly done on the floor for grounded sensual movement. You will be guided by EMA founder, Rie to explore how your body moves your inner life outward, through integrating somatic intelligence that includes erotic energy. The class is dedicated to slow flow movements and self massage for down regulation of our nervous system. No prior experience needed to participate. Please have all your Yoga Tune Up® balls on hand, wear comfortable, sensual clothes and a quiet space to practice in. If you do not already have the Yoga Tune Up® balls, please see the Product page to order ahead of class. Bring water, and set up your space to be comfortable to move in.
