Taught In Person by Rie Katagiri, Tara Tatangelo and Carlynne Epstein. A b o u t : We are thrilled to invite you into a Spring Equinox evening devoted to renewal, awakening, and embodied expression. Together, we will plant seeds of fresh intention, moving through guided movement meditation and sensual pole dance as ritual. The pole becomes our altar and mirror — reflecting back our strength, softness, wildness, and radiance. Through heart shares, creative expression, and shared witnessing, we will honor our own untamed feminine essence and celebrate it in one another.
