Appropriate for any woman interested in going deep into their spiritual and divine erotic wisdom - no prior classes with Rie necessary.
You will: Dance as a Spiritual Practice Learn how to connect with your sensuality + dance  from ease Learn self care practices that lead to pleasure and receptivity Dance from the energy pathways of your body There will be pole work but that is not the main focus of the course.
