This class will take place on Thursday, September 17th from 1 - 2p PM PST. In this 1-hour mini Intro Class, you will experience the rejuvenating practice of EMA with a particular focus on connecting to our sacred feminine heart through sensual movement and down regulation of our nervous system with the beloved EMA warm up and ending in a slow flowy routine that will leave you feeling sexy from the inside out. No dance experience of any kind needed. Wear comfortable, sensual clothes. *Rie offers these special classes to bring some joy and EMBODIED PLEASURE during these challenging times.
