2020 Teacher Training (5 Month Course)

Each trainee will learn how to teach a safe EMA class.

Each of the 5 Modules includes Functional Anatomy Courses, meditation, energy/breath work, self care practices, and structuring your leadership skills. It is a comprehensive program for aspiring teachers, experienced teachers, and women who desire to facilitate sacred empowerment circles, classes and coaching.  This training is also for you if you are looking to focus deeper within yourself and seek to up level your female centered healing education. The EMA Foundation Teacher Training delivers a solid foundation in the art of teaching this muti-disciplinary practice and is the first step to becoming an integrated EMA instructor as well as a freelance sensual embodiment teacher.

REQUIREMENTS:  

**10 hours of private classes or continuous, satisfactory attendance in  EMA classes, Immersions + Workshops with Rie or a certified EMA instructor**

On application approval and  completion of the full training, you will have the tools to teach a foundational EMA class.

Some topics covered are: How to teach the signature EMA introductory class with the famous ball work, sacred movement sequences that open up the erotic body, how to design simple and beautiful pleasure led choreography, applied anatomy,  how to hold a women’s empowerment circle, meditations, self-care and so much more. The breakdown of each Module will be emailed specifically to women who express interest in diving into this life changing training.

PLUS—> INTRO CLASS THAT YOU  WILL TEACH  IN APRIL

Plus 1 hour Private/Semi Private with Rie between each Module to review key highlights of the previous Module, work on issues and refine teaching skills.

I/we realize that participation in any dance class or physical activity could result in possible personal injury. Despite precautions, accidents, and injuries may occur. By signing this release form, I/we (the dancer and/or parent/guardian) assume all risks related to the use of any and all spaces used by the instructors of Erotic Movement Arts®, Shakti Healing Circle, LLC (Shakti House LA).

I/we agree to release and hold harmless EROTIC MOVEMENT ARTS® and RIE KATAGIRI, and each of their teachers, dancers, staff members, and facilities from any cause of action, claims, or demands now and in the future. I/we will not hold EROTIC MOVEMENT ARTS®, RIE KATAGIRI, liable for any personal injury or any personal property damage, which may occur before, during, or after classes.  Furthermore, I/we agree to obey the class and facility rules and take full responsibility for my/our behavior in addition to any damage I/we may cause to the facilities utilized by EROTIC MOVEMENT ARTS® and RIE KATAGIRI

I understand that this class is for teacher training purpose only. In the event that I/we should observe any unsafe conduct or conditions before, during or after my/our classes, I/we agree to report the unsafe conduct or conditions to the instructor or staff member as soon as possible.

I acknowledge and agree that it is my responsibility to maintain my own accident and health insurance coverage that provides adequate coverage for myself, and if applicable, my child, participating in any EROTIC MOVEMENT ARTS held at 183 N. Martel Ave., #200, Los Angeles, CA 90036 and that EROTIC MOVEMENT ARTS does not provide accident or health insurance for those participating in its instruction, activities, or programs.

I understand that no photography, filming, or recording of this class of any kind by any means is permitted without the prior consent of RIE KATAGIRI. I further acknowledge and agree that any photography, filming, or recording of this class permitted by RIE KATAGIRI shall not be shared with any third party by any means for any purpose without the prior written consent of RIE KATAGIRI in each instance.
