Taught In Person by Rie Katagiri, Tara Tatangelo and Carlynne Epstein. A b o u t : ~ Spring is upon us, a time for rebirth, creativity & renewal. We invite you to join us on a sensually embodied journey of dance, ceremony & connection. We are so excited to share an afternoon of planting seeds of new intentions, movement meditation, dance and honoring of our and each other’s wild feminine through heart shares and your own creative expressions. Take home flower seeds charged with your intentions for you to plant and start a little garden of your own. All levels of experience are welcome.
