Rie’s signature sensual warm up emphasizes sacrum and heart energy centers to help craft your authentic pole dance moves guided by gorgeous, creative & potent sexual energy. EMA with Pole satisfies body, soul and sisterhood cravings. In this two hour workshop series, we explore the rich tapestry of gathering weekly for movement within a closed container. We honor the sensual temple dancer within us that moves with and for the collective, as well as the individual wisdom held in the body. This series builds weekly on a set of choreographed movements that are both modern and ancient at the same time. Each week we will hold witness to each other as we develop a sensitivity to our erotic energy running through us when we resource the Goddess Mother and our womb.
