We meet virtually this Fall Equinox for a balancing moving meditation in preparation for all the sensual energy this fall will bring. You will be guided by EMA founder, Rie to explore how your body moves your inner life outward, through integrating somatic intelligence that includes erotic energy. No prior experience needed to participate. Please have all your Yoga Tune Up® balls on hand, wear comfortable, sensual clothes and a quiet space to practice in. (If you do not already have the Yoga Tune Up® balls, please see the Product page to order ahead of class, or bring small hand towels that you can roll up to substitute the balls) Once you are signed up, you will receive a Zoom link to participate in this class at the scheduled time.
