WILD ROOTS SERIES: These classes are for students who have completed SMMT, Serpent & Rose Mentorship, EMA Teacher Training, or have been doing 1-1 mentorship with me recently. It is for people who are ready to make EMA an integral part of their lives. Each class is 90 minutes on zoom. Patreon members, you should have received a discount code. If you haven't email us today. We will do the warm up, followed by heart shares and discussion. As EMA practitioners we practice not only for our own wellbeing but to be ready and accessible with a open and strong body, heart and mind to show up for the greater good, be it the world, our country, our community, our family. The light of consciousness and expanded pleasure that we are working with is preparing us to be an active part of change. Through regular practice, even in the smallest way, we are doing our part - our embodied frequency of LOVE is real. Note for future teachers: It is necessary for your body to keep these movements in your regular cycle to prepare for Teacher Training in October.
