Next Class: September 24, 2023 Time: 10am-11:15am PST Location: Zoom ***NEW*** ~~~THIS MONTH'S CLASS IS LIVESTREAM ONLY~~~ About Body Lab: Using transformative practices from yoga, Qi Gong, intuitive movement and Yoga Tune-UP®, Rie’s teaching reinforces your ability to be fully present and authentically connected to your body. Please have all your Yoga Tune Up® balls on hand, wear comfortable, sensual clothes and a quiet space to practice in. If you do not already have the Yoga Tune Up® balls, please see the Product page to order ahead of class. Once you sign up, you will be sent a Zoom link to participate in the class.
