Please have all your Yoga Tune Up® balls on hand, wear comfortable, sensual clothes and a quiet space to practice in. If you do not already have the Yoga Tune Up® balls, please see the Product page to order ahead of class. Once you sign up, you will be sent a Zoom link to participate in the class.
